Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking a Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our established automotive business covering Yorkshire and the North East. Based within approximately 20 miles of Leeds, you will support vehicle fleet, hire and leasing customers, primarily on light commercial vehicles as well as cars.

The role offers a base salary up to £40,000 with a total package up to £49,600 including bonus, 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with 1.5x overtime.

Qualifications

• Hold IMI or NVQ Level 3 (Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair).
• Previous vehicle technician experience required.
• Mobile/field-based experience is a plus.
• Full UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload.
• Adaptable to varying environments and weather conditions.
• Professional, autonomous work style and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage own customer bookings through the company app.
• Plan and manage your diary efficiently.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles at customer sites (driveways/business premises).
• Order parts from approved suppliers and arrange delivery to home.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality work.
• Work independently and support the team as needed.
• Role is not roadside-based and minimizes travel.
