Rise Technical is seeking a Field Service Technician (Full Training) to work from home in the South Wales area (Swansea / Neath / Llanelli). The role offers a base salary of 30,000 plus overtime, a bonus, full training, and a company van, with excellent benefits.

You will service, maintain and repair equipment on a regional patch, with a clear training programme and shadowing support to build your technical skills over time.

Qualifications

• Hands-on/service/maintenance experience required.
• Willingness to travel/stay away as required.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair equipment in the field.
• Cover a regional patch and work from home base in South Wales.
• Follow a structured training programme and shadow an experienced engineer.
