Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join a stable, permanent team. The role is home-based with UK travel, earning £37,000–£38,000 plus overtime, a company van, and a 28‑day holiday allowance.

You will service, fault-find and repair a range of industrial equipment on customer sites, with on‑the‑job training and shadowing from experienced engineers. A rotating weekend rota is in place with time back during weekdays.

Qualifications

• Mechanical service/plant background (open on industry as long as it's mechanical).
• Level 3 Mechanical qualification.
• Basic electrical knowledge/awareness (ideal).

Responsibilities

• Field service role working on a variety of industrial equipment across the UK (plus occasional Jersey/Guernsey travel).
• Troubleshooting and repairs on customer sites.
