Job summary

Currys is seeking a White Goods Engineer in Stevenage, handling installation, fault diagnosis and repairs with a focus on customer satisfaction. You’ll predominantly work solo, covering London EN,N,HA,NW and surrounding postcodes, ensuring high-quality service in customers’ homes.

The role requires proven repair experience, a full UK/EU driving licence with limited penalty points and ACS gas-safety qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in White Goods repairs.
• Full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• ACS Qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1).
• To love that feeling when you’ve delivered for a customer.

Responsibilities

• Driving your company van and managing your own day effectively (as you’ll work mainly on your own).
• Testing, diagnosing and fixing white goods in our customers’ homes.
• Providing and implementing technical knowledge across a range of white goods appliances.
• Building up our reputation as a home services expert.
