Job summary

Heckfield Place in Hampshire is seeking a passionate Bothy Practitioner to join The Bothy by Wildsmith, our wellness space overlooking the countryside. You will work across Biodynamic-bodywork, Shiatsu, Thai, Remedial Massage, Reflexology, Deep Tissue and other therapies to create a healing, uplifting guest experience.

Applicants should hold a professionally recognised qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent), have at least one year of massage experience and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Hold a professionally recognised qualification, such as an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant therapy or wellness discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year’s massage experience.
• Facial qualification is preferred.
• Demonstrate experience within the industry, ideally with a reputable track record.
• Show a willingness to learn and develop new skills, including acquiring new techniques.
• Possess a caring, calm, and compassionate nature, with the ability to support both clients and team members.
• Be a strong team player, contributing positively to the working environment.
• Represent and promote a healthy, balanced lifestyle, aligning with the values of the role.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Previous Spa Therapist experience.
