Job summary

TJ Morris Limited, trading as Home Bargains, seeks Store Team Members for the Christmas period in Blackpool. Fixed term contract up to 24 December 2026, with shifts from 6am to 10am, 20 hours per week.

Pay starts at £12.71–£13.00 per hour, with additional terms and eligibility for benefits. Applicants should have cash handling and retail experience, be available from 27 October to 24 December 2026, and be able to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience handling cash and working in a retail environment.
• Able to stock shelves, manage stock and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service as the face of Home Bargains.
• Assist with stock replenishment, shelf presentation and store cleanliness.
• Operate tills, handle cash transactions and support across departments as needed.
