Tesco is recruiting for festive in-store roles across the country. You may serve customers, stock shelves, or prepare orders for home delivery, with flexible shifts and no prior experience required beyond a positive attitude.

Colleagues start at 13.28 per hour, rising to 14.55 in stores inside the M25, plus a night premium of 2.35 per hour between midnight and 6am. Over 18s only; minimum guaranteed 12 hours per week.

Qualifications

• A passion for delivering great service.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and leave them with a great shopping experience.
• Take initiative and make decisions that are right for customers.
• Work well within a team and communicate openly with others.
• Be on time, well presented and a brand ambassador.

Responsabilités

• Youll help deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
• Youll provide support in store during the busy festive period.
• You could be stocking shelves and making sure products are where they need to be.
• Or, you could be serving customers and putting together orders for our Click and Collect service.
• Whatever the task, youll take pride in making sure that customers get a brilliant experience.
