About Let's Play

Let’s Play is a national childcare provider based primarily in the South East of England, Sheffield, Bristol and the Midlands, offering holiday camp programmes for young children. We deliver a clear philosophy of ensuring everything we provide is Fun, Inclusive and Educational.

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to deliver activities during our Fun Weeks in the school holidays at Wycombe Leisure Centre (Wycombe). The role involves leading sessions for primary‑aged children aged 5‑12, ensuring high quality and engaging programmes.

Essential Requirements

• Has a keen interest and passion in working with and facilitating fun games for primary‑aged children.
• Demonstrates willingness to develop their skills and coaching ability.
• Punctual, reliable and committed.
• Has experience in delivering activities to primary‑aged children.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to interact well with children, teachers and parents.

Preferred Requirements

• Clean UK driver’s licence.
• Experience in working in a childcare setting.
• Experience and/or willingness to deliver other activities during our Fun Week provision, such as Arts & Crafts or Multi‑Sports.
• Completed appropriate courses at Sixth Form, College or University.
• Level 2 (or above) Childcare qualification.
• Level 1 (or above) Sports coaching qualification.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver sessions that are challenging, realistic and fun for primary‑aged children.
• Create a positive learning environment for the children in our care.
• Deliver the coaching programme to a high standard consistently.
• Follow our coaching philosophy, ensuring everything we deliver is Fun, Inclusive and Educational.
• Understand the individual needs of the children in our care and challenge/engage them appropriately.
• Deal with any first aid/emergency situation.
• Be approachable in liaising with parents/carers.
• Be committed to ensuring every session is delivered to the best of your ability.
• Be creative and passionate in your delivery.
