Job summary

Ignite Recruitment Services is seeking two experienced Hod Carriers to join a brand-new construction site in Milton Keynes. You will support bricklayers by supplying bricks, blocks and mortar, and help keep the site running smoothly.

Immediate start, ongoing work with weekly pay. The role is full-time/temporary on-site with potential long-term opportunities for the right candidates. A valid CSCS card and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required.
• Experience as hod carrier on construction sites.
• Own hod, bucket and shovel.
• Good level of physical fitness.

Responsibilities

• Supplying bricks, blocks, and mortar to bricklayers.
• Mixing and preparing mortar as required.
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe.
• Assisting bricklayers with general site duties.
• Moving materials around site efficiently.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
