We’re looking for aHigher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our lovely primary school inSouth Leicestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a close-knit, supportive team that truly values every member of staff.

You’ll work across the school supporting pupils in their learning, leading small groups, and covering whole classes where required. No two days are ever quite the same, but every day you’ll make a difference.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a HLTA qualification (or has relevant classroom experience)
• Can confidently lead learning and engage pupils of different abilities
• Has a warm, patient and positive approach to supporting children
• Works well as part of a team and brings enthusiasm to the role
