Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire
Rate of Pay: 105 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Start: Immediate

Aspire People are working in close partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Lutterworth to recruit an enthusiastic and qualified HLTA. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and keen to make a real impact in the classroom.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
  • Supporting pupils with their learning across various age groups
  • Leading small group interventions and supporting SEN pupils when needed
  • Collaborating with teachers to assess pupil progress and development
  • Promoting a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
What We're Looking For
  • A recognised HLTA qualification (mandatory)
  • Proven experience working in UK primary schools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to lead whole-class sessions
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for working with children
