Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a Higher Learning Teaching Assistant for an Alternative Provision in Solihull. You will support adolescent learners, deliver meaningful lessons, and employ creative strategies to boost engagement. The role runs five days a week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 16:00. A driving license is preferred for Solihull duties.

The position is Temp-to-Perm, with a supportive environment and access to resources and activities such as residential trips weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience with vulnerable learners.
• Higher learning certificate or training.
• Ability to engage adolescent learners with creative lesson delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meaningful lessons to adolescent learners to drive engagement.
• Use creative teaching methods to support pupil participation and progression.
