HLTA - Creative Arts Specialism

Location: Southwark

Contract: Full time

Salary: £120 - £145 per day

The Role:
  • Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons, with a focus on Creative Arts (art, music, drama, and creative projects).
  • Work with small groups or whole classes, under the direction of teachers, to deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
  • Plan and prepare resources for creative lessons.
  • Support pupils' learning, personal development, and wellbeing.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Assist with assessment and feedback, reporting pupil progress to teachers.
Qualifications:
  • Has experience working in primary education, ideally with Creative Arts.
  • Is passionate about fostering creativity and confidence in pupils.
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills.Is flexible, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Holds HLTA status or is working towards HLTA accreditation (desirable).
