We’re placing HLTAs in fantastic schools across Chesterfield who are looking for confident, caring staff to help lead learning and support their pupils day-to-day.
In this role, you’ll:
Deliver group work and step in for teacher cover when needed
Lead interventions for literacy, numeracy or SEND
Support children’s development across the curriculum
Be an extra pair of expert hands for teaching teams
We’re after someone who:
Holds HLTA status or has experience in a similar lead TA role
Is confident managing behaviour and creating structure
Brings warmth, initiative and a love of learning
Has a flexible, can-do approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
