Opportunity Overview

Academics is currently recruiting enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work across a range of primary schools in the Gravesend area. This is a fantastic opportunity for education professionals who are passionate about supporting pupils and making a real difference in the classroom.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging lessons across Key Stages.
  • Provide focused support to individuals and small groups to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Monitor student progress and communicate key information to class teachers.
  • Promote positive behaviour and help create a supportive classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively to support students with additional or special educational needs.
  • Engage in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives where required.
What We're Looking For
  • HLTA qualification or significant experience in a similar role is essential.
  • A strong background in primary education and classroom support.
  • Confident in delivering lessons and interventions independently when required.
