Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Hinckley

Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Salary: £105 per day
Working Pattern: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Start Date: Immediate

Aspire People are currently supporting a thriving primary school in Hinckley with their search for a confident and capable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their dedicated team. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the classroom.

The Role Involves:
  • Delivering high-quality lessons when teachers are absent or during PPA time
  • Supporting class teachers with planning and pupil progress tracking
  • Leading targeted intervention sessions with small groups
  • Helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
  • Working collaboratively with staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
  • Holds a recognised HLTA qualification (essential)
  • Has experience working in UK primary schools
  • Can confidently lead whole-class teaching when needed
  • Demonstrates strong communication, adaptability, and initiative
  • Has a clear understanding of safeguarding and classroom practice
