Job summary

London Teaching Pool, Ltd is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time role in Croydon, South London, starting November 2026. You will support learning across the primary school and provide targeted help to pupils to maximise potential.

In this role, you will support teaching and learning across the primary school, delivering engaging learning activities and providing targeted support to pupils to help them achieve their full potential.

You will work closely with teachers and senior leaders to support lesson planning, deliver lessons in the teacher's absence where required, and provide additional support to pupils with varying abilities and learning needs. The successful candidate will have excellent classroom management skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting pupils' academic and personal development.

Applicants must hold a
