Long Term Futures is recruiting an experienced HLTA to support Year 6 pupils at a welcoming primary school in Harrow. You will lead daily small-group Maths and English interventions, identifying gaps and reinforcing KS2 concepts to help pupils progress toward the end-of-primary milestones.
This role requires confidence in delivering targeted support across three Year 6 classes, strong literacy and numeracy skills, and the ability to monitor progress and provide feedback to class teachers.
