Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking an experienced HLTA to join a supportive primary school in Essex. The role is full-time, long-term, and offers a daily rate of £120-£130. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

You will deliver planned lessons across different year groups, support teachers, work with groups and individuals, and assist with planning, assessment and pupil progress while maintaining a positive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience working as a HLTA in a primary school.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead learning confidently as a HLTA.
• A proactive and flexible approach to working as a HLTA.
• Commitment to supporting pupil progress and development.
