We're looking for primary school Higher Level Teaching Assistant's to join our vibrant schools across Atherstone, Warwickshire.

    • Help organize and manage classroom materials, keeping resources in good condition and ensuring that the learning environment is stimulating and safe.
    • Set up activities and learning stations for independent or group work.
  2. Supervising and Supporting During Breaks and Extra-curricular Activities
    • Supervise students during break times, lunchtime, or on school trips, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
    • Support students during extracurricular activities or events, ensuring that all students are included and engaged.
  3. Leading Small Groups or 1:1 Sessions
    • Lead learning sessions for small groups of students, either under the teacher's direction or independently.
    • Provide targeted interventions and support for students who may be struggling or require enrichment.
ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
  • HLTA qualification (essential).
  • Strong behaviour management skills as well as SEN and EAL experience (essential).
  • A minimum of 2 years' UK HLTA experience.
  • Excellent safeguarding knowledge, as well as safeguarding training (we can provide training).
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • References covering the last two years of employment.
