Job summary

Alpha Construction Ltd. seeks an experienced Construction Health & Safety Lead to drive health, safety and continual improvement across our civil engineering and building projects.

You will report to the Operations Director and act as the safety SME, advising project teams to achieve top‑tier compliance and performance. Based at sites across the UK with potential for progression, the role includes leading the H&S management system, audits, incident investigations, and data reporting to support

• Ability to build a positive safety culture and support operational teams.

Due to continued success, we are seeking an experienced Construction Health & Safety Lead to drive health, safety, and continual improvement across our construction operations. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will act as the company’s health and safety subject matter expert, working closely with project teams to ensure the highest standards of compliance, leadership, and safety performance.
This is a great opportunity to work for one of the UK’s leading privately owned Civil Engineering and Building Construction contractors.
