We're on the lookout for a Portuguese‑Speaking Hire Fleet Coordinator to join our growing, passionate team at 4th Dimension Innovation in Egham, Surrey! Responsibilities
  • Liaise between motorcycle policyholders and internal departments to ensure timely hire bike delivery.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule bike deliveries efficiently.
  • Ensure hire bikes are prepped and road‑ready – clean, serviced, and compliant.
  • Manage fleet paperwork, documentation, and logistics for drivers and customers.
  • Oversee helmet stock levels, replacements, and stock checks.
  • Maintain and update digital fleet trackers using Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Ensure fleet compliance with MOT, tax, insurance, and servicing requirements.
  • Handle customer queries and assist with unexpected issues, including liaising with police or local authorities when needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
  • Fluent in Portuguese (conversational or above).
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and internal systems.
  • Proactive problem‑solver with keen attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate within a team.
  • Minimum 3 years of coordination experience.

  • Start Times: 7am to 6pm – Multiple shift times on rota
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, Full‑Time
  • Salary: £27,000 to £30,000
