A leading hire provider in the UK is seeking a Hire Desk Controller for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Tamworth. You will manage the full hire process, ensuring strong customer relationships and effective coordination with teams. 12-Month Fixed Term Contract Hire Desk Controller

Speedy is the UKs leading hire provider, offering the widest range of tools, specialist equipment, plant and support services everything for every job.

Based in the depot, the Hire Desk Controller plays a key role at the heart of our operations, supporting both sales and customer service. Building strong relationships is essential, as you’ll manage the full hire process from taking orders to coordinating delivery and collection. You’ll work closely with all areas of the depot to ensure customer needs are met and that they receive the high level of service Speedy is known for.

In this desk‑based role, you’ll liaise daily with stock teams, drivers and engineers to ensure equipment is available and delivered with minimal delay.
