Job summary
VolkerHighways is seeking an Operative to join its Traffic Management team at the Brentwood depot. You will install, maintain and remove traffic management in line with Chapter 8 and scheme drawings, following supervisor instructions with a strong safety and quality focus.
Candidates should have experience in traffic management operations and highways maintenance, hold a CSCS card and NHSS 12D/M1-M6 qualifications; a UK driving licence is essential, with First Aid at Work desirable.
Qualifications
- Experience in traffic management operations.
- Experience in highways maintenance.
- Valid CSCS card holder.
- NHSS 12D M1-M6 qualifications essential.
- LNHSS 12A/B desirable.
- Full valid UK driving licence.
- First Aid at Work qualification desirable.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and remove traffic management in accordance with Chapter 8 and scheme drawings.
- Follow supervision instructions while ensuring Safety and Quality are maintained.
- Demonstrate a proactive, safe and collaborative approach on site.
