Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking Consultants across multiple grades with a strong technical capability in safety and operations, alongside an ability to support client engagement and business growth. You will undertake safety activities, contribute to studies and work with design teams to embed safe operation and maintenance considerations.

You will also prepare high-quality reports and presentations, and support bids and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to apply structured approaches to safety and risk challenges.
• Understanding and application of the Common Safety Method.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Undertake safety activities such as hazard identification, safety risk assessment and assurance.
• Contribute to studies, analysis and solution development, including digital and data-driven approaches.
• Work collaboratively with design teams, supporting the integration of safe operation and maintenance considerations into design.
• Prepare clear, concise and high-quality written deliverables, including reports, technical notes and presentations.
• Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Support the identification and development of opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Contribute to the preparation of high-quality bids and proposals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
