A leading transportation services firm is looking for a Highways Safety Inspector to join their team in Swanley. This role involves conducting thorough inspections of highways, identifying safety hazards, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance road safety. We are seeking a dedicated Highways Safety Inspector to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of safety on our road networks.
This is a site-based role, undertaking highway safety inspections across the M25 DBFO Network. The Highways Safety Inspector is responsible for carrying out daily driven and monthly walked inspections of the network to identify safety defects across multiple asset types which pose a risk to road users and customers.
The role involves identifying and escalating defect information to the relevant network teams to manage hazard mitigations and defect repairs.
