Responsibilities

• Summer: Lane closures, barrier repairs, inspections, debris removal, cone deployment
• Winter: Gritting across the network

Training

• IPV Motorway Training
• Lantra TTMBC & 12A Traffic Management
• Highways England Winter Maintenance

Requirements

• HGV Class 2 licence
• Valid Driver CPC

Pay & Benefits

• Days: £13.84/hr
• Nights: £18.45/hr
• Overtime: Base + 50% (Weekdays, Sat, Sun)
• Standby Retainer: £143/week
• Winter Maintenance: Paid as overtime
