A leading healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to support older adults facing communication difficulties and dysphagia in the Slough and Bracknell areas. You will provide clinical advice, develop treatment plans, and work collaboratively within a supportive team. The position offers flexible working options, training opportunities, and a commitment to developing staff in an inclusive environment.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to work with Older Adults presenting with communication difficulties and dysphagia within the Slough and Bracknell OPMH Community Services. The teams support patients with both dementia and functional mental health difficulties.
You will need to provide specialist clinical advice and support regarding communication, differential diagnosis assessment & dysphagia, as well as develop related treatment plans for our patients. SLT intervention will be in conjunction with other Care pathways and treatment provided.
