Ealing CAMHS is looking for a 0.6 WTE Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist (Band 8a) to join our friendly, supportive, and experienced multi‑disciplinary specialist mental health service within our Neurodevelopmental Team.

Overview

As part of Ealing CAMHS, you will work within a welcoming psychology team in West London, committed to service improvement, staff well‑being, and valuing diversity in our workforce.

Responsibilities
  • Offer a high‑quality psychology service to young people, families and carers, working effectively with colleagues and liaising with other professionals in the network supporting the young person.
  • Receive regular supervision from a Principal Clinical Psychologist and undertake professional development opportunities.
  • Support team development, provide supervision and support to trainees and junior staff, and help ensure that the service is accessible and effective.
Qualifications
  • Experience of working with young people and their families, with a creative and dynamic approach.
  • Ability to maintain clinical curiosity, engage in reflective practice, and advocate for children, young people and families' needs.
  • Commitment to staff wellbeing, manageable job plans, and the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge further while in role.
