Job summary

Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Lead Therapist to provide clinical and managerial leadership to the therapy team. The role involves working with other Lead Therapists and the Therapy Service Lead to shape service delivery and drive improvements.

You will manage rotas, leave, and staffing levels, ensuring safe staffing in line with service needs and performance targets, and contribute to the Vision and Strategy of Therapy Services within the Trust.

• Ability to develop and implement service plans with a clear vision.
