Are you a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a vibrant and nurturing primary school? We’re looking for an enthusiastic HLTA to join our supportive and hardworking team in the heart of Southminster, Essex.

About the Role

As a HLTA, you will:

  • Support the teaching and learning of pupils across the primary age range (EYFS-KS2)
  • Lead small group interventions and cover whole class teaching when required
  • Work closely with class teachers to plan and deliver engaging, inclusive learning
  • Help assess pupils progress and contribute to their development

  • Holds HLTA status (or equivalent qualification/experience)
  • Has experience working in a primary school setting
  • Is confident in delivering lessons and managing a classroom environment
