An educational institution in Spaldwick is seeking a committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to cover scheduled staff absences and deliver lessons. The ideal candidate will have HLTA or equivalent qualifications and a good understanding of the national curriculum. We are searching for a HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) to join our team. As a HLTA you will be covering scheduled PPA, Leadership time and staff absence across different year groups for 3 days a week. As part of your role, you will be planning and delivering lessons, as well as delivering some pre‑planned lessons.

Fixed term until 31st August 2026, 18 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (term time only), 3 days per week, 08:30am – 15:30pm, with an hour unpaid break – working days to be agreed at interview.
Level 4, Points 12–15, Namely £13,280 – £13,942 (FTE £28,598 – £30,024)
