Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) | Location: Bedford, Bedfordshire | Pay: competitive based on level of experience | Start Date: November 2025

Responsibilities
  • As an HLTA, you'll play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school.
  • Delivering small group interventions.
  • Covering classes in the absence of the main teacher.
  • Help to raise attainment for all learners.
  • Work with a range of abilities, including pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
