Love the buzz of a KS2 classroom but want a bit more responsibility? We’re looking for a confident, caring Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support a welcoming primary school in Rotherham in the S65 area.
You’ll be working across Key Stage 2, leading small groups, covering classes, and helping pupils reach their “lightbulb” moments. The school’s got a supportive SLT, a brilliant sense of humour, and a team that genuinely looks out for one another.
Supporting and leading learning across KS2
Delivering engaging activities and cover lessons where needed
Helping pupils build confidence and independence
Working closely with teachers to raise attainment and smiles alike
HLTA qualification (or strong TA experience with a willingness to step up)
A calm, positive approach and solid classroom presence
Great communication and a knack for connecting with pupils
