Job summary

Drapers Mills Primary Academy, Margate, Kent, is seeking an inspirational Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join TKAT. The role involves supporting teaching in class, one-to-one and in small groups, and helping develop resources to meet individual learning needs.

This fixed-term contract ends on 31 August 2027, with 32.5 hours per week during term time. You will be supported by a devoted team and have opportunities for progression via the TKAT SCITT, along with cycle-to-work, eye tests

We are looking for an inspirational Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) t o join our supportive and collaborative team. You will assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Working with the teacher you will assist with the development of appropriate resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies to ensure provisions support individual learning needs.

This is a fixed term contract ending on the 31st August 2027
