Overview

The Education Specialists are seeking a passionate and resilient Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work in a specialist SEND school in Trafford. The candidate would either be an experienced HLTA or a qualified teacher, confident in supporting children with learning difficulties, challenging behaviour and ASD.

Responsibilities
  • Support teaching and learning in the classroom and fully commit to helping children individually to overcome challenges and engage in learning
  • Help pupils break down barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes
  • Direct others and take the lead when appropriate
