Job summary

Regional seeks a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our Salisbury Campus on a full-time, term-time only basis. You will deliver high-quality learning and provide dedicated 1:1 support for pupils, fostering strong relationships with students and their families.

The ideal candidate will have HLTA status or equivalent experience, strong safeguarding knowledge, and a proactive approach. Enjoy working with motivated students and benefit from various professional learning opportunities.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our Salisbury Campus on a full time, term time only basis.

About the Role

• Deliver high-quality learning activities across 1:1, small group, and occasionally whole-class settings
• Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a named pupil, including supervision throughout the school day (including breaks and lunchtimes)
• Support the delivery of a personalised, bespoke curriculum
• Act as a Key Worker, building strong relationships with the pupil, parents, and internal stakeholders
• Work closely with the LSCo, SENDCo, and specialist teachers to implement EHCP outcomes
• Provide enhanced supervision for specific activities (e.g. 2:1 support for swimming or off-site activities)
• Term time only

About You

• Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualification/experience (e.g. NVQ Level 4/5)
