Are you a qualified primary school HLTA ready to make a real impact? We're recruiting dynamic educators to bring experience, innovation, and excellence to primary schools across Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting Teaching and Learning
    • Delivering planned lessons or learning activities in the teacher's absence.
    • Supporting individuals or groups of pupils, especially those with additional needs.
    • Assisting with the planning of learning activities under the teacher's guidance.
    • Monitoring pupils' progress and providing feedback to teachers.
  • Assessment and Record-Keeping
    • Contributing to the assessment of pupils by recording observations and progress.
    • Supporting teachers in evaluating the effectiveness of learning activities.
  • Pastoral Support
    • Providing emotional support and encouragement to pupils.
    • Promoting inclusion and positive behaviour.
    • Supporting pupils with personal, social, or emotional challenges.
All Applicants Must Have
  • HLTA qualification (essential).
  • Strong behaviour management skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years' UK HLTA experience.
  • Excellent safeguarding knowledge, as well as safeguarding training (we can provide training).
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • References covering the last two years of employment.
