  • Support students' learning and development, including those with SEND.
  • Assist in assessing, recording and reporting students' progress.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
  • Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) responsibilities or working towards HLTA accreditation or Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification (or willingness to work towards this qualification).
  • Experience of working with children in a school setting, preferably across multiple jey stages.

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced Teaching Assistant who would take on or work towards a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) responsibilities, to join our supportive and dynamic team.
