Job summary

Reed Education is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support local primary schools in Leeds. You will provide essential student support to help them succeed in their educational journey in a nurturing learning environment.

The ideal candidate has a current Enhanced DBS, availability to start in September, and at least five years of experience; Level 3 qualification is ideal (Level 2 accepted). Flexible patterns and weekly payments are on offer.

Qualifications

• Patient and able to build strong relationships with children.
• Empathetic nature and approachable to all students.
• Strong behavioural management skills.
• Experience with special needs students is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the classroom for each session with fellow teachers.
