Job summary

Heybridge Primary School, part of TKAT, is seeking a motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive, collaborative team. You will help deliver engaging teaching in the classroom, one-to-one and in small groups, supporting resource development and learning strategies to meet individual needs.

This role emphasises passion, commitment and making a difference for every child, with substantial CPD and career development opportunities within the trust.

Job description

We are looking for an inspirational Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) t o join our supportive and collaborative team. You will assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Working with the teacher you will assist with the development of appropriate resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies to ensure provisions support individual learning needs.
