Salary: £90 - £135 per day / £450 - £675 per week

Contract: Full Time, Monday - Friday

About the Role

Horizon Teachers is seeking an experienced and dedicated Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join the SEND provision at a welcoming, diverse primary school in Hounslow. This is a full-time role supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEND), available to start immediately.

The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to support the learning and development of students, ensuring that each child receives the individual attention they need to thrive.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Have experience working with students with SEND
  • Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualification
  • Have a strong understanding of SEND and the ability to provide tailored support
  • Be committed to providing a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Show initiative and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
