Location: Swindon
Contract: Part-Time (Tuesday, Thursday & Friday)

We're working with a friendly, well-respected primary school in Swindon that prides itself on creating a positive, inclusive environment for both staff and students. You'll be joining a supportive team under the guidance of the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, making a real difference across all year groups.

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging learning activities and interventions across primary year groups.
• Support pupils with SEN, behavioural challenges, and diverse learning needs to help them thrive.
• Work closely with teachers and leadership to plan and implement tailored strategies.
• Promote positive behaviour and create a safe, inspiring learning environment.

• HLTA status or equivalent experience in a primary setting.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, flexible approach.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN or additional needs.
• A solid understanding of safeguarding procedures.
