Higher Education Administrator

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated HE Administrator to join our HE administration team, and to help facilitate an outstanding student experience.

This position involves providing comprehensive administrative support to both students and staff within a Higher Education setting. Key responsibilities include responding to phone and email enquiries, enrolling students, taking minutes and handling and maintaining large volumes of student data, all while ensuring full compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate should have good general administration knowledge, excellent customer service skills and must have knowledge and experience of higher education administration. The candidate should be confident in handling and processing significant amounts of data with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that records are maintained to a high standard. The candidate will need to demonstrate initiative, have a solution focused attitude and be able to build positive relationships with colleagues and students.
