Job summary

Insignis Talent seeks a Technical Lead for Verification & Validation (High Voltage) in London. You will own VVQ strategy, design plans and manage qualification programs for complex high‑voltage hardware and embedded systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading VVQ programs for complex electronic or electrical products.
• Hands‑on testing of high‑voltage or power electronic systems.
• Experience developing verification plans, procedures and qualification reports.
• Familiarity with EMC, environmental and safety qualification standards (IEC 62368, EN61000).

Responsibilities

• Lead the VVQ activities and define test strategies.
• Develop VVQ plans and qualification methodologies for hardware and embedded systems.
• Design and review verification testing, producing high-quality documentation.
• Lead internal and external qualification programs, including EMC and safety testing.
• Mentor engineers in VVQ best practices.
