Job summary

Boston Rose, on behalf of an electrical specialist in the York area, is seeking a High Voltage Instructor to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is based at the education provider's centre in York and focuses on delivering High Voltage Authorised Person training to adult learners.

You must hold Authorised Person status and have industrial high voltage experience; there is potential to progress and to take on additional hours.

High Voltage Instructor

York

£50,000 p/a

Full-time, permanent

We are working with an electrical specialist in the York area who are looking for a High Voltage Instructor to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.

The successful candidates would be based at the education provider's centre in the York area, where they would be asked to deliver High Voltage Authorised Person and short course training to adult-only learners (ie. no apprentices/children). Our client is a huge company with global reach, so there will be plenty of opportunities for progression and additional work if desired.

The starting salary for this position is £50,000 per annum, and the package also includes a company pension, private healthcare, gym membership, and 34 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays).

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:

• Authorised Person status
• Industrial experience of High Voltage work
• A desire to pass on your knowledge

Please note that they can consider skilled industry candidates who are looking to move into training, and would be able to assist you with achieving your teaching/assessment qualification on the job (as well as paying for the course).
