Qualifications

• Experience in Rolling Stock preferred, particularly on locomotives or other rail vehicles.
• Must live within a reasonable travelling distance to Manchester City Centre.
• Must have the right to work in the UK and provide proof of technical qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Overhaul team for maintenance and repairs.
• Carry out fault finding and testing on trains and vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Skills

Practical experience in mechanical, electrical, and electronic engineering

Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering

IT Skills - competent user of PCs including office packages

Education

Recognised qualification such as HNC in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
