Job summary

Provide Community is seeking a High Risk Podiatrist to join our community Podiatry team. The postholder will work autonomously but with support from a senior Podiatrist, delivering high quality care in community settings.

You will have at least one year of clinical experience and a certified programme of competences, assess and manage foot health, including diabetes-related care, vascular, and wound management, while planning and managing your own caseload across Essex and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Qualified podiatrist with at least 1 year of clinical experience.
• Completed programme of competences.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and plan care for diverse foot pathologies.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage high-risk foot cases including diabetes-related care.

Job description

We are looking for a High Risk Podiatrist to join our highly motivated Podiatry team. The postholder will be working autonomously but with support (where needed) from a senior Podiatrist, in a community setting providing a high standard of quality clinical care.

The clinician will have had clinical experience for at least one year and completed a programme of competences. They will assess, diagnose, develop and implement individualised care programmes for patients with a wide variety of clinical needs. The post holder will also be expected to plan and manage their own caseload.

To work with patients at High risk of foot ulcers or with currently active foot ulcerations to support them with management of their foot pathologies. The postholder will be responsible for the assessment diagnosis, planning implementation and evaluation of Podiatric care to a variety of patients with wide range of clinical needs including: Diabetes, Vascular Disease, Rheumatological disease, Wound management, Neurological disorders, Nail Surgery.
