A leading education firm in Peterborough is seeking a High-Performance B2B Sales Manager to lead and motivate a sales team while driving high-ticket sales for their unique training programs. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales management and is looking to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing business focused on transforming the construction industry. Pay: £75,000 per year
Location: Peterborough HQ (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote – 1st month training onsite)
Salary: £75,000 Base + £25,000 Quarterly Bonus (100,000 pa)

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 4‑6 Business Development Managers selling our flagship 7‑Figure Construction Business Academy—the UK's only City & Guilds‑accredited, 3‑year business qualification for trades.
Drive high‑ticket sales through national events, Zoom, and phone, closing deals that transform businesses and lives.
