Salary is £24,000–£28,000 depending on experience, and the post focuses on supporting teaching and learning across the school while promoting student wellbeing and inclusion. The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and the delivery of learning activities.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers to support effective assessment.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for outstanding candidates who:

• Have substantial experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a secondary school setting (essential).
• Ideally hold HLTA status or have significant senior Teaching Assistant experience.
• Have a strong understanding of the secondary curriculum and effective classroom support strategies.

• Are confident leading small-group interventions and supporting whole-class learning.
